MP and founder of Self Determination, Albin Kurti said today that opposition and Self Determination in particular, will prevent the ratification of the Agreement for the Border Demarcation with Montenegro in the 1 September session.

During a press conference, Kurti said that the activity of Self Determination will focus in both parliament and street protests, not to allow the ratification of this agreement.

He said that the protest will be peaceful, but not quiet. “I wouldn’t call it a quiet protest, because we are worried and worried people do not hold quiet protests. But it will be a peaceful protest. It will be a massive protest and of course, with our determination, which you will see tomorrow, I am convinced that we will manage to stop demarcation”, Kurti said.

With all political tension between the majority and opposition, On 1 September, Parliament in Kosovo is expected to discuss and then vote in favor of the ratification of the Agreement with Montenegro for the border demarcation. This agreement needs two thirds of votes or 80 in total to be ratified. /balkaneu.com/
