Kosovo has given way to a regional path for peace, stability and good neighboring relations. This was declared today by the minister for Dialogu, Edita Tahiri while reporting in front of the Parliamentary Foreign Committee, IBNA reports.

“Serbia has made a war and genocide against citizens of Kosovo and in spite of this, Kosovo is engaged in a peaceful dialogue. We are offering a precious contribution for the stability of the region, therefore we have a good partnership with NATO and international community”, Tahiri said.

She said that Kosovo is aiming to strengthen relations with NATO and UN.

According to her, dialogue with Serbia is a good alternative in the right path of euroatlantic integration.

“Serbia is aiming to apply Russia’s political agenda. We’re committed in implementing the agreements reached in the dialogue in Brussels, which must enter a final phase. This phase will consist of the mutual recognition between the two states and border demarcation with Serbia”, added minister Tahiri.

As far as the Association of Serb Communes is concerned, she said that it will be established once all Serb parallel structures in Kosovo are dismantled. /balkaneu.com/
