Protests which are taking place in Skopje have entered their eighth week last night. Protesters have reiterated their demands for the full abolition of the amnesty by president Goerge Ivanov and asked for his resignation.

The protest which was held under the motto “Selective justice is injustice” started at the Special Public Prosecution and then continued in front of parliament. Former deputy minister for Agriculture, Ljupco Nikolovski said that the government is making concessions in front of these protests and according to him, citizens must stick to their demands.

The protest was quiet, while there have been extra police forces on the streets. /balkaneu.com/
