Special Prosecution in FYROM has issued its first two indictments in relation to the so called wiretapping affair. In one of the cases, the accused is former Prime Minister and leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski, who during a telephone conversation, orders the mayor of the Center Commune, Andrej Zernovski do be slapped and this case had to do with the blocking of urban projects that this commune had done in 2013.
The second indictment is against 7 people who are suspected of destroying thousands of documents of the Intelligence Agency, in order to conceal unlawful wiretappings. In this case, the first defendant is the head of the fifth directorate of the Ministry of Interior, Goran Grujevski.
These days, Special Prosecution has declared that it will publish the report of its work for the past six months, while this prosecution started work a year ago and was established as part of the Przino Agreement, which put an end to the political crisis. /balkaneu.com/
