Turkish company “Aselsan” will start the construction of road tolls along Corridor 10 highway in FYROM. This company won the tender for the construction of tolls and the company has already founded its branch in Skopje. According to the project in question, the construction of these tolls will start at the beginning of next year. According to a company announcement, the works will be completed until December 31, 2016.
Minister of Transport and Communication said that at the end of October this year, the Turkish company, “Aselsan” was selected as the best offer for the realization of this project.
This project will allow a faster circulation in tolls, because the payment will be made through an automated services and payments will not be in cash.
The value of the investment will be 18.7 million Euros, out of which, 15 million have been allocated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, while the rest from the state budget. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Communications. /ibna/
